Menstrual Pad Bank Project

KCFC seeks to build a community of Ghanaians in and outside the country as well as Government Agencies, Private Sector Actors, Philanthropist, and the Donor community willing to pull resources together, both material and intellectual to empower Ghanaians in vulnerable circumstances to overcome poverty and tackle key human rights issues.

One of the key thematic areas of focus for us at KCFC is eradicating period poverty through the siting of Sanitary / Menstrual Pad Banks across Ghana and partnering with the appropriate agencies to ensure this intervention is successful.

This project was initiated because it remains a fact that the Menstrual Hygiene Management for girls in developing nations (Ghana not excluded) is critical to their health and wellbeing and paying attention to it cannot be over-emphasized.

Eradicating period poverty will take the collective efforts of government, business organizations, civil society, family units, philanthropist, as well as philanthropic organizations.

We wish, among others, to be at the forefront of this campaign. We are convinced beyond all doubt that those who menstruate should do so conveniently and comfortably.

You can join us as a partner or a one-time donor. Whichever your choice may be, we encourage you to join us today.
