KCFC CARES
BACKGROUND
In a bid to establish a welfare scheme that is sustainable and addresses key welfare support needs of Members, the Executives together with the entire membership of KCFC decided to put in place an independent welfare scheme to provide added benefits to members who so choose to subscribe to it.
The KCFC Welfare Fund christened KCFC Cares is therefore a Welfare Scheme designed to provide a much more dependable support to members in defined times of need.
MEMBERSHIP
- Membership of KCFC Cares is voluntary and opened to members of KCFC in good standing
- All members of KCFC are encouraged to subscribe to the Fund.
- The agreed annual KCFC Cares dues is GHc240.00 translating to a monthly dues of GHc20.00
APPLICATION OF KCFC CARES MEMBERSHIP DUES
In order to better provide for the members of the Fund, leadership of KCFC in consultation with the general membership of the Club has agreed for the funds raised through KCFC Cares Membership Dues (KCMD) to be utilized as follows:
- Fifty percent (50%) of the annual KCFC Cares dues to be invested into an established insurance package which will guarantee members of the fund in areas that are critical to welfare support.
- Fifty percent (50%) plus any other monies raised through welfare campaigns to be managed by the Fund Managers of KCFC Cares to take care of other welfare needs that may not be taken care of by the Insurance Scheme the fund will invest the first 50% in.
